Vicente Cantua

Vicente Cantua is a third-generation real estate professional specializing in multifamily investment sales, with a deep-rooted passion for the industry. His foundation in real estate was shaped early by his grandfather, Joe Ruterman, a residential real estate firm owner in Arizona, who also practiced land sales. It was further shaped by his uncle, Mike Ruterman, an industrial real estate specialist.

A Tucson, Arizona native, Vicente graduated as valedictorian of Cholla High School and earned a full academic scholarship to The University of Arizona. He maintained the scholarship all four years while completing his degree in Regional Development.

A standout multi-sport athlete in high school, he went on to compete with the University of Arizona's Men's Volleyball Team where he won a National Championship. Vicente remains an active sand volleyball player today.

Since relocating to Salt Lake City in 2019, Vicente has built a robust client base in a competitive market, establishing himself as a consistent top producer in the sub-institutional multifamily investment space.
