Vickie Maletteri is a Senior Associate with CBRE, specializing in healthcare real estate in Oregon and Washington. Through a refined and results-driven process, Vickie represents nonprofit, institutional, and individual clients in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of healthcare real estate.

Vickie’s experience working exclusively in healthcare real estate and her corresponding market knowledge is an asset to her clients; she fully understands the short-term and long-term goals behind each assignment and recognizes that nuances exist in every transaction. Vickie’s skill, knowledge and understanding have enabled her to consistently deliver outcomes in alignment with her clients’ goals.

A lifelong volunteer, Vickie has served on the board of the Three Rivers chapter of National Charity League, has been an active fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Portland. Professionally, Vickie is an active member of CREW Portland and the Commercial Association of Brokers. Recreationally, Vickie enjoys building relationships on the tennis courts and golf courses of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
