Since 2001 Ms. Espinosa has specialized in retail brokerage services throughout Southern California and specializing in the Inland Empire. Her background includes both Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation. Landlord representation responsibilities range from leasing small retail centers to regional shopping centers as well as the purchase and sale transactions for commercially zoned land and retail investment opportunities.
Ms. Espinosa joined CBRE in May 2016 with the focus on Landlord representation and a goal of achieving 100% tenancy for her clients.
In 2001 Ms. Espinosa joined NAI Capital Commercial as a retail broker. During her brokerage career she has continued to keep herself informed of the ever-evolving Inland Empire marketplace. She has handled the leasing and disposition of grocery anchored shopping center, strip centers, mixed use ground up developments, single tenant and multi-tenant retail pads. Her tenant transactions have included corporate, franchise and small business operators.
Ms. Espinosa has also been employed by both the corporate and private sectors, with a background in sales, marketing, property management and public relations. Her past employers include ADP, Contel Business Systems and the California Institute of Technology/JPL.
