Vincent Sorrento leads the day-to-day operations of a complex Computer- Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system on the Fidelity Investments account. CBRE provides CAFM solutions within Fidelity’s portfolio nationwide as well as locations in India, Ireland, Tokyo and the United Kingdom. He works closely with Fidelity’s Corporate Technology Group as well as architects and project managers in support of Fidelity’s corporate real estate portfolio consisting of nearly 200 buildings and 750 floor plans totaling more than 13 million square feet.
As CAFM Manager, Vincent leads a multi-discipline team of CAD technicians to provide space plan data and management solutions through IBM’s facility center system and AutoCAD applications.
Vincent has more than 10 years’ experience in CAFM management at Fidelity. Originally starting as a CAD Technician he became Team Manager in 2005 taking on additional roles of Project Manager and Business Analyst.
Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Vincent held relationship management roles at Bank of America and Columbia Management.
