Vishal serves as the Financial Analyst for a CBRE Global High Technology account that provides Facilities Management (FM), Project Management (PJM), Real Estate and Transactions Management (RES&T) services.
As a Financial Analyst within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group, Vishal is responsible for providing sophisticated financial and analytical guidance for Facilities Management (FM) across US and Canada; constituting 75% of total revenue for the account. While focusing mainly on FM, Vishal also plays a key role in financial advisory for Global RES&T and for PJM business. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial modeling, interpretation of financial impact, identification of accounting issues, analyzing financial statements, coordinating with client accounting office and providing in-depth knowledge of financial issues. Vishal combines his experience and knowledge of corporate finance and strategic planning to develop financial solutions which enables the account to make fully informed strategic decisions.
As a proactive and dynamic team player, Vishal is a result-oriented professional with proven success in streamlining procedures to improve on internal control systems and increase departmental efficiency through team work.
Prior to joining CBRE in April, 2011, Vishal served as a Financial Analyst for a non-profit organization for the last two and half years of his 5 year financial career.
