A Dallas native, Walker has a long family history of commercial real estate in Dallas/Fort Worth. He brings a wealth of relationships, resources and knowledge to his clients in his tenant representation practice.
Walker has established his career on building a specialization around his representation of office tenants in the Uptown/Turtle Creek and surrounding submarkets of Dallas, Texas (Preston Center / Central Expressway). Walker prides himself on his work ethic and desire to always be available for his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Walker spent 4 years with the Toronto based Avison Young, where he grew their Dallas practice and provided a mentorship role to a team of younger Associates which led to his promotion as Vice President in 2020.
Walker’s persistent attitude in sourcing and executing transactions is a driver to his success.
