Wanpen serves as Director of Property Management and Villa Rental in Phuket, Thailand. She provides leadership and oversight for a team of experienced professionals to ensure the long-term viability of CBRE-managed properties. She handles management of several of the island’s luxury villas and condominiums ranging from mid-entry to high-end properties.
Wanpen first joined CBRE as part of the Property Management team in February 2004.
Prior to joining Phuket’s Property Management team, Wanpen spent three years at a 5-star hotel as a team player on the Operations team.
