Ward Richmond

Ward Richmond is a Vice Chair based in CBRE’s Dallas office. In his role, he specializes in advising globally recognized occupiers of industrial real estate including 3PLs, trucking companies, distributors, and manufacturers to maximize value and efficiency across their supply chain real estate portfolios, primarily throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.

Ward is highly regarded as a leader in industrial real estate and his ability to partner with his clients to design customized strategies and execution processes that deliver exceptional results with precision and flow. He is known for high-speed, accurate market intelligence, creative problem-solving, and disciplined negotiation—bringing a calm, steady presence to complex, time-sensitive site selection projects, build-to-suit developments, lease renewals, and excess property dispositions.

Beyond brokerage, Ward is the host of the Truckin’ On podcast, featuring real conversations about life, business, mental health, music, and spirituality. He serves as a Board Member for Breakthrough T1D, supporting the search for a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, a cause that became personal when his daughter was diagnosed at age four.

A lifelong athlete, he played football and rugby at Brown University and has completed three Ironman triathlons. He is the proud father of two children.
