Warren Arnold

Warren Arnold currently serves as Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Services division of CBRE in the Jackson, Mississippi office. Warren began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 and joined CBRE in January 2017. Warren currently works on a team of valuation professionals that cover West Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. 

Warren has experience in appraising a number of different property types including the following: apartments (affordable & conventional), billboards, golf courses, hotels/motels, industrial buildings, mobile home parks, office buildings, portfolio valuations, recreational/timber land, religious facilities, restaurants, self-storage facilities, shopping centers (strip, neighborhood/community, power) single tenant retail, subdivisions (residential & commercial), and vacant development land.
