Warren Arnold currently serves as Vice President and the Jackson, Mississippi market leader with the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) division of CBRE. Warren began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 and joined CBRE in January 2017. Warren is currently licensed in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas.
Warren has experience in appraising a number of different property types including the following: apartments (affordable & conventional), billboards, golf courses, hotels/motels, industrial buildings, mobile home parks, office buildings, portfolio valuations, recreational/timber land, religious facilities, restaurants, self-storage facilities, shopping centers (strip, neighborhood/community, power) single tenant retail, subdivisions (residential & commercial), and vacant development land.
