Wendell Hollan, Jr. is a First Vice President with CBRE specializing in land based transactions, including: (i) the creation and implementation of multi-unit expansion strategies, (ii) marketing of commercial land sites, and (iii) multi-unit and surplus land disposition programs. Mr. Hollan has been involved in the site selection, leasing, zoning, construction and financial evaluation of commercial properties since 1978.
As Director of Capital Planning and chair of the capital expenditure committee for Pizza Hut, Inc., Mr. Hollan had direct responsibility for the evaluation of all real estate proposals, development and management of a $250 million capital budget, and coordination of the national restaurant development program. As a partner with a Chicago-based development firm, Mr. Hollan managed the acquisition, leasing and construction of neighborhood and community shopping centers with a portfolio value of approximately $40 million. As a member of the CBRE commercial land team since October 1994, Mr. Hollan has successfully completed transactions with a total consideration of approximately $474 million, including 241 land transactions with a total consideration of approximately $394 million.
