Wendy Williford has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2002, and joined CBRE in February of 2006. During this time, Ms. Williford has successfully managed several class A retail projects and currently manages 875,376 square feet of retail in the Orlando and Jacksonville markets. Her responsibilities include physical management of the building, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, lease administration, coordination of a team of engineers and the direct supervision of 2 employees.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Williford managed a portfolio of 9 properties consisting of office, industrial and retail totaling approximately one million square feet for Colliers Arnold in the Orlando, Tampa and South Florida markets.
