Wes Farmer

Mr. Farmer joined the CBRE Project Management group in 2019. In his role, Wes has successfully completed on-time and within-budget complex development and construction initiatives from inception to closeout. His strong communication skills with team members drive cohesion to strategic plans. His duties entail coordinating stakeholders, architects and consultants to establish project scope; developing project budgets and schedules; preparation and direction of project documentation and meetings as well as construction oversight; supervision of client relocation and enforcement of contractual requirements.

Wes earned his degree in Finance from Elon University where he held various international study experiences in London and Southeast Asia studying business and culture. Before joining the company, Wes held several internships, both abroad and in the United States, focused on building sustainability and design.
