Ed Westerbeck is a Managing Director and the Business Development Practice Leader of the Americas property accounting services for CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group. Ed provides leadership to his team while ensuring quality, commitment and innovative solutions to clients. He is involved with national and global initiatives for his business line, including software conversions, quality and efficiency strategies, new business development, client transitions, and financial oversight.In addition, Ed has successfully created the U.S. Business Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, and Global Services Finance functions for CBRE. In this capacity, Ed developed national programs to analyze and improve customer and corporate profitability, led client transitions, and generated sales and new business development opportunities.
Ed joined CBRE as part of the CB Richard Ellis / Trammel Crow merger in 2006. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked for Trammell Crow Company in the Client Accounting department for five years, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of assets totaling more than 60 million square feet. He joined Trammell Crow Company after spending five years with Lincoln Property Company where he was largely focused on their Corporate Outsourcing efforts.
