Westy Rose helps clients accomplish their real estate goals through strategic planning and implementation. Westy focuses on leasing and sales of Office and R&D properties throughout the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Westy represents institutional owners, private developers/investors, as well as growing technology companies. He specializes in tenant representation and leveraging CBRE’s full range of services on behalf of his clients.
Westy, a native of Palo Alto, majored in Philosophy and Economics at Claremont McKenna College where he also Captained his 2006 Stags Golf Team to a NCAA Div. III Championship top 12 finish. Westy refined his sales skills as a rep for Taylor Made golf in Colorado before returning to the Bay Area and focusing his career on Real Estate.
