Whitney Allen specializes in Office and Medical Brokerage throughout the St. Louis area. She joined CBRE in 2015 and has 15 years of sales and commercial real estate experience.
During her career, she has closed over 400 lease transactions totaling more than $150 million in gross transaction value. In the last 10 years with CBRE, Inc., she has successfully leased up office building in both St. Louis County and a distressed, CBD to Downtown St. Louis. Whitney provides customized and creative CRE solutions that align with owners’ business and financial objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Whitney worked in Corporate Sponsorship Sales for NHL’s Dallas Stars Hockey Team and MLB’s Texas Rangers Baseball Club.
