Whitney James

Whitney James serves as the Senior Director, Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector Lead for CBRE’s Global Occupancy Management (OM). In this role, she solves for the unique space problems in Healthcare and Life Sciences markets by utilizing integrated technology to produce data driven solutions.

Whitney comes to CBRE with over 20 years of healthcare consulting and sales experience. For the last 18 years she led a healthcare team of planners, designers and project managers that serviced one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeast.

She has dedicated her career to building teams to service multiple hospital systems thought the Southeast with a focus on workplace management solutions, service delivery and contract management.
