Will Dunn joined the Nashville Office in 2020 and serves as a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services platform. Will has successfully represented a spectrum of clients from all sides of the leasing and sales transaction. Preeminently, Will strives to provide an unquestionable trust for his client through his display of character, in chorus with competence.

While specializing in land sales and acquisitions across Greater Nashville, Will has developed a unique resume in working with clients across industries ranging from retail, industrial, multifamily and more. By pairing market knowledge with his personal conviction to the Fiduciary Duty, Will’s creative mindset often produces results that exceed client expectations.

Notable for his involvement in the automotive and service retailer sector, Will has brokered over a dozen automotive requirements in and around Nashville since 2020, establishing a proven expertise not to be found anywhere else in the market.

Will is a generational Nashville native, and presently resides in Forrest Hills with his wife Ansley and his daughter Moriah (Riah).
