Will Henderson

Will Henderson is an Executive Vice President for the CBRE | Triad Brokerage Services team in the Triad office including the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point markets. Mr. Henderson provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for his clients.

Mr. Henderson has extensive experience with industrial sales, leasing and development as well as office representation. As a North Carolina native and Triad resident, Mr. Henderson has an in-depth knowledge of the area which helps him to provide strategic solutions for clients. Since joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Henderson has successfully completed over $500 million of transactions primarily related to the industrial and office sectors.

Prior to CBRE | Triad, Mr. Henderson worked as a Sr. Account Executive for LabCorp, where he fulfilled a leadership role within the sales team. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing a diverse client list and assisting in business development efforts for prospective clients. Will was also a member of the Golf Team at Queens University of Charlotte.
