Will Majors

Will Majors is a Senior Vice President in the Austin CBRE office. He focuses on tenant, landlord representation, and land sales in Central Texas and is responsible for growing his market’s client base, and recruiting qualified brokers who desire to become part CBRE’s global retail real estate platform.

Will has more than 20 years of experience in the retail real estate industry and has been involved in many notable projects in the Austin market. Previously, he worked at Endeavor Real Estate Group and SRS Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for more than two million square feet of transactions. Most recently, Will focused on the leasing of first generation anchor projects such as 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park, Sunset Valley Homestead and Southpark Meadows. Will is currently listing several million square feet of retail in the Austin market with notable projects such as Sunset Valley Village, 5th Street Commons, and 5th & Pressler. Will is also currently providing tenant representation services for Wheatsville Co-Op, Mi Cocina, Benchmark Bank, Picklr, ReFuel among others.
