Will Morrison

Will joined CBRE in January 2023 as First Vice President in the Occupier Services Group in South Florida, where he specializes in representing office tenants/occupiers in the tri-counties. He brings over 11 years of commercial real estate experience to the industry, having completed more than one million square feet of office lease transactions on behalf of tenants throughout South Florida and the country. Will’s focus is on creating and implementing innovative real estate strategies on behalf of businesses across all industries, by providing occupancy cost reduction strategies, workplace occupancy trends, lease transaction management, and negotiation advisory, to help his clients align their real estate with their overall business objectives.

Prior to joining CBRE, Will was an Executive Vice President at JLL’s Miami office for seven years. Prior to that, Will spent a year and a half with Cresa South Florida as an Advisor where he participated in a structured professional development program, which addressed the entire continuum of knowledge required to be an effective advisor to business occupiers in both the office and industrial sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Will began his career in 2012 at Savills Studley, where he spent two years as an Associate in Miami.
