Will Portfolio

Will Portfolio is a Senior Vice President at CBRE who focuses exclusively on tenant (occupier) representation in both South Florida and on a national level. Will is a leader within the South Florida occupier advisory group assisting clients with the leasing, subleasing, acquisition, and disposition of office, industrial and investment properties. His principal goal is to help his clients devise and implement occupancy strategies aimed at integrating evolving workplace trends to create flexible workplaces that attract and retain top talent while also reducing occupancy costs.

Will is a skilled negotiator committed to delivering superior outcomes for his clients. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Portfolio has worked with many prominent firms such as Northern Trust, Sun Capital, Fanatics, I Squared Capital and Point72.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Portfolio pursued a career as a touring professional golfer, playing on various mini tours including the Florida Professional Golf Tour (FPG Tour), New England Golf Tour and Minor League Golf Tour in South Florida. In 2012, he competed in the Metropolitan Open at Plainfield Country Club in New Jersey. He was employed at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL up until joining CBRE in 2013. He currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and three children.
