William Bould is a Vice President with CBRE Debt and Structured Finance in Nashville, Tennessee. William is involved in underwriting and analysis, and facilitates lines of business through the closing process with Conduits, Life Insurance Companies, and Agencies. He also plays an active role with clients on all levels of real estate permanent and bridge financing.
Prior to joining the Nashville CBRE Office, William worked with a boutique development and acquisitions firm out of Dallas, TX. There he was involved in all the stages of the development and acquisitions cycle, as well as asset management.
