Mr. Durslag is also regarded as a premier tenant representation broker. In addition to representing restaurant, fitness, gas station, and service companies, he has extensive experience with bank (financial services) tenants. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented multiple regional and national banks overseeing: new locations, renewals, portfolio expansions, and portfolio management. His experience advising both national brands and private enterprises gives him the keen insights and understanding into the goals and priorities of any tenant profile making him a trusted advisor and partner to his clients.

The system maximizes leasing revenue and ensures synergy with the asset’s overall tenant mix. In addition to facilitating the leasing and management of several high-profile Greater Los Angeles assets, they also represent multiple national brands as well as several regional retail/restaurant/fitness/bank and other service tenants.
The team also works closely with select Tenant and Landlord clients on multi-market representation assignments (“Account Management”) in which the team serves as a single point of contact for all the client’s real estate activities.
