William Earle is a Senior Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE’s Florida Institutional Multifamily Capital Markets team based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Earle joined CBRE in 2021, and is responsible for creating intricate financial models, performing extensive due diligence, partnering in the development of marketing materials, and analyzing trends in both commercial real estate and overall capital markets. Since joining CBRE in 2021, Mr. Earle has underwritten in excess of $6 billion in total value throughout 30 million square feet across the Southeast and Florida and has directly assisted in the disposition of over $750 million in transaction volume.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Earle was an Investment Banking Risk Analyst with UBS in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Derivatives Trading. During his tenure, he monitored the operational risk of diversified portfolios, created robust risk tolerance models, and ensured stabilized trading activity on the institutional trading desks internationally.
Mr. Earle attended the University of Alabama where he obtained his B.S. in Finance concentrating in Investment Management. Upon graduation, Mr. Earle was awarded the opportunity to work as Financial Consultant with Regions Bank where he gained significant experience as a multidisciplined banker amongst all product types.
