As Senior Managing Director and New Jersey Market Leader, Will Forcello is responsible for leading CBRE’s New Jersey business and growth strategy for Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Valuation and Advisory Services, Debt and Structured Finance, Property Management, and Project Management.

In 2018, Will established the CBRE NJ Rising Professionals Community to serve as a networking group for junior talent within New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry. In 2019, he was recognized as CBRE’s Sales Management Professional of the Year.
