Mr. Hassan is a Senior Vice President with CBRE in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey office. He joined the firm in 2002, bringing 14 years of real estate leasing, sales and management experience. He specializes in occupier representation for data center clients. His market expertise lies throughout the continental U.S.
Mr. Hassan is a member of CBRE’s National Critical Facilities Group. His primary expertise is critical facility site selection, evaluation and acquisition analysis. He brings exceptional knowledge on power, connectivity and risks that his critical facility clients require. Mr. Hassan has a comprehensive understanding of working with local utilities, including a specialty on the transmission and distribution of power. With clarity on these core drivers, the most advantageous real estate solutions can be considered. Notably, Mr. Hassan was the 2018 and 2021 recipient of CBRE’s prestigious Critical Facility Deal of the Year Award.
