William Lattimore is the 4th generation in his family to practice real estate in Savannah and has 17 years of experience. He is a Senior Vice President with CBRE specializing in industrial leasing in the Greater Savannah port market. Lattimore has completed assignments totaling over $900 million in consideration since opening the CBRE Savannah office in 2012.
Mr. Lattimore has completed over 20 million square-feet of industrial transactions with a primary focus on landlord-representation of bulk distribution centers. Lattimore and his CBRE team provide a single-source for property owners seeking to lease or sell industrial assets, including sourcing other real estate needs including capital markets, project management and property management.
Mr. Lattimore also works with developers and land-owners to acquire and sell industrial land tracts. Lattimore has transacted over 7,000 acres since opening the CBRE Savannah office. Lattimore utilizes his connectivity to the Savannah business market and unmatched market knowledge to assist clients with site selection, entitlements and acquisitions.
