William Nelligan

William Nelligan is a transformational global leader with over 35 years of experience driving market-leading results across mature and emerging markets in 60 countries. He possesses deep expertise in technology services, data center infrastructure, data analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and global development, serving a diverse client base that includes some of the world's leading technology companies.

Most recently, William served as President and CEO of Direct Line Global, a premier provider of technology infrastructure services for mission-critical data centers. Under his leadership, Direct Line underwent a successful multi-year transformation, culminating in its acquisition by CBRE in June 2024. In his current role, he serves as President of CBRE Data Center Solutions while continuing to lead CBRE | Direct Line.

William is known for his ability to build and mobilize world-class teams to deliver exceptional results for clients and shareholders.
