William Nelligan

William Nelligan is a transformational global leader with over 35 years of experience driving market-leading results across mature and emerging markets in 60+ countries. He possesses deep expertise in technology services, data center infrastructure, data analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and global development, serving a diverse client base that includes some of the world's leading technology companies.

In his current role, William serves as President of CBRE Data Center Solutions as well as President of Direct Line Global, which CBRE acquired in June 2024. Under his leadership, Direct Line, a premier provider of technology infrastructure services for mission-critical data centers, underwent a successful multi-year transformation, culminating in its acquisition by CBRE.

William is known for his ability to build and mobilize world-class teams to deliver exceptional results for clients and shareholders.
