William is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Houston office, specializing in representing office occupiers with their real estate needs. He focuses on business development, complex financial analysis, lease negotiations, site selection, and construction management to ensure every aspect of the office leasing process is handled with precision and expertise.
Since joining CBRE in 2013, William has become one of the most prominent and accomplished commercial real estate professionals in Houston. His ability to navigate complex negotiations with finesse and strategic thinking has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor who delivers exceptional outcomes for his clients. Since 2021, William has been involved in over 5 million feet of office leasing.
As a native Houstonian, William has a deep-rooted understanding of the local market dynamics and trends. This intimate knowledge allows him to identify and seize opportunities that align perfectly with his clients’ goals and objectives. His commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients sets him apart and has garnered him a loyal and diverse client base locally, nationally and internationally.
William graduated from University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. Building on this foundation, he went on to pursue a Master’s in Real Estate from Texas A&M University, further enhancing his expertise in the industry. Seeking to broaden his horizons, William attended Oxford University in England, where he studied international finance.
Outside of his professional life, William is an avid outdoorsman. William and his wife, Rita, have two young sons. Their family is involved in several local Houston charities, including Ronald McDonald House, Small Steps and Junior Achievement.
