Bill Sheehy is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Tenant Representation group, based in downtown Chicago. Bill joined CBRE in 2001 and again in 2013, after spending five years at JLL.
Bill’s experience representing firms in a wide array of industries provides him with a thorough understanding of the Chicago marketplace. Over the past decade, Bill has focused his attention on technology firms, making him an expert in space acquisition and disposition strategies for these types of organizations with unique and specific needs. He and his team have set themselves apart as true Downtown Chicago experts, not only by their extensive experience, but also by implementing data aggregation and technology to interpret the market better than anybody.
During his tenure at JLL, Bill was recognized as a top-producing broker and was one of the youngest brokers to ever earn the honor of Managing Director.
In his free time, Bill spends countless hours trekking his two sons across the Midwest to various hockey and soccer tournaments, while also an avid soccer and paddle player himself.
