William O. West, MAI

Bill West is a Vice President and Senior Real Estate Analyst with over 20 years of experience in real estate valuation services. Mr. West started his appraisal career in southern Utah in 2002 with RCS Appraisal, Inc. where he appraised properties throughout Utah and Nevada. In 2019 he joined Zions Bancorporation as an appraisal reviewer with responsibility for appraisal reviews of all property types throughout the United States. In 2021, Mr. West left the banking profession to join CBRE.

Primary appraisal experience includes a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and residential subdivision. Experience also includes special purpose properties such as hotels, C-stores and gas stations, restaurants, bars/taverns, churches, ground leases and master-planned communities. Mr. West has experience in preparing appraisals for financial institutions, government entities, attorneys, accountants and property owners.
