He works closely with senior members of the practice to develop and implement strategic office leasing plans for office tenants in downtown Chicago. Winston’s clients benefit greatly from his detailed understanding of real-time market dynamics, submarket trends, recent comps, tenants in the market, upcoming direct and sublease availabilities, and landlord loan covenants. He is an active business partner of the Association of Legal Administrators in Chicago, providing research and market insights to COOs, CFOs, and Executive Directors.
