Wyatt McCulloch serves as a Vice President on CBRE's Advisory and Transaction Services team in Houston, and is a member of CBRE's Data Center Solutions group. His specialties include office lease acquisitions and dispositions, lease restructuring, data center/colocotion site selection and negotiations, and portfolio management for global corporations based in Houston. Wyatt has executed over 1 million SF of lease, sublease and data center-related transactions during his career. Wyatt Completed his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. His strong finance and analytical skills, combined with his knowledge of prevailing market trends, create leverage to achieve the most favorable lease economics for clients.
