Wyatt McCulloch serves as a Senior Vice President on CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services team in Houston, Texas. He and his team specialize in structured finance and corporate real estate strategies for clients ranging from local one-off businesses to global Fortune 10 corporations. Transactions range from short-term leases for newco’s to anchor tenant leases that kick-off construction of new buildings to complex synthetic leases for investment-grade corporate users who want to utilize their balance sheet to drive significant savings and tax benefits.
In 2013, Wyatt completed his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin and immediately began his career in commercial real estate. His strong finance and analytical skills, combined with his advanced degree and real estate experience, allow him to advise his clients clearly on how to best optimize their real estate portfolios.
Wyatt and his wife Lauren have three young daughters. They are extremely active within the community, their church, and several charitable organizations. Both hold leadership positions on Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo committees and neighborhood organizations. Wyatt is a former collegiate basketball player and a passionate girls basketball coach.
