Wyen Koan is a Senior Associate specialize on corporate industrial leasing for CBRE in Detroit, Michigan.

Starting her CBRE career in January 2024 after spending 5 years at a boutique firm in Toledo Ohio. Her expertise in leasing advisory and transaction management have leveraged and maintained strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.

Wyen also an affiliate of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). She was appointed by the CCIM Institute as a Member-at -Large for the Intl. Activities and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committees of the 2023-2024 term. Wyen also one of the elite graduates of JWL Leadership Program, Class of 2025 of the CCIM Institute.
