Yester Sabondzhyan

Yester Sabondzhyan is a Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice based in Los Angeles. With a background in workplace systems, operations, strategy and design, she strives to identify the key challenges of a company's existing environment and develop a holistic future strategy for all parts of the workplace and employee experience. She is passionate about workplace thought leadership and development. She specializes in creating a business case for innovation by demonstrating how data can inform efficient and effective programming.

Yester comes with a unique understanding of tech-media/start-up companies with a decade of experience as a workplace leader on the client side. This intimate understanding of what it takes to execute on a strategy and make it a sustainable reality for clients is what makes her a strong partner.

Yester joins CBRE from tech-streaming company, Hulu (acquired by Disney in 2019). She led Hulu’s Workplace Insights and Development team where she created workplace strategy and design guidelines to streamline build-out standards and launched a global, integrated workplace management system. Prior to Hulu, Yester was a member of the Design, Construction and Facilities team at Netflix, where she programmed and project managed their new HQ in Hollywood, Icon.
