Yonatan Zvi

Yoni has global experience in commercial real estate, starting in 1995 with CBRE in Israel where he specialized in development and land acquisitions. Yoni continues to specialize in strategic site selection, multi-store rollouts and portfolio disposition.

Yoni worked with CBRE in Wisconsin from 2000 to 2011 before forming EDG18 Commercial Real Estate. After 10 years with EDG18, Yoni was recruited back to CBRE in 2020. During that time, he focused his efforts on retail, effectively demonstrating his ability to problem-solve and negotiate successfully with sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Yoni is most passionate about development and redevelopment of property. He has extensive experience in selling both commercial real estate property and land for development as well as leasing commercial properties. His primary focus is tenant representation, including big box users, restaurants, gas stations and other retailers.

Yoni has helped clients identify single and multiple locations in communities of all sizes. In this role he has led different teams of professionals and approved dozens of new developments. He works hand in hand with his team members and the different entities and municipalities to ensure a successful outcome.

In his free time, Yoni enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and daughter. Yoni is also a very active volunteer in his community.
