Zachary Ballenger is a Vice President, specializing in site selection, lease negotiations and market research to support local, national and international clients.
Zachary focuses on business development and finding strategic opportunities for companies, especially those looking to expand and enter new markets. He provides expert market knowledge, skillful negotiation and utilizes an expansive industry network to provide the best possible service. Zachary’s clients have even trusted his expertise and experience beyond their retail real estate, with Kering Group/Gucci enlisting him to negotiate the lease of office space Mexico City.
Zachary has provided services for a number of leading retailers including Williams-Sonoma Brands, The Container Store, Talbots, Gucci, Shake Shack, Tesla, Lyft, Upstairs Circus, Peter Millar and TRUFIT.
Prior to joining the team, Zachary was an assistant football coach at McNeese State University and spent seven years in the wine industry on both the distribution and retail sides. He also enjoys cooking, movies, playing golf, and Texas A&M football.
