Zachary Hall is a Vice President within the Valuation & Advisory Services Group in the Dallas/Fort Worth Office in the South Central Region. Mr. Hall specializes in comprehensive real estate valuation and market analysis for diverse property types throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with emphasis on Class A medical properties and institutional school, church, and university facilities.
With over eight years of experience in appraisal, consulting, and litigation support, Mr. Hall has developed expertise across numerous commercial property types including retail, office, medical, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily assets. His experience extends to specialty properties such as Class A mixed-use developments, self-storage facilities, car washes, convenience stores, subdivisions, truck stop casinos, and boutique lodging properties. Mr. Hall delivers sophisticated valuation services including property valuation, rent analysis, highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, and litigation support.
Mr. Hall joined CBRE in 2024. Prior to his current role, he established his career in the Louisiana commercial real estate market after earning his finance degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
