Zachary Weil is a Senior Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s New York Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. Zach has an aptitude for providing comprehensive solutions from both a micro and macro perspective; his thoughtful analysis and prompt communication help clients gain a better understanding of even the most complex transactions.
Zach plays an important role in the strategic planning, financial structuring and implementation phases pertaining to a particular assignment. His work includes the development of decision-making tools to help clients build internal consensus, including financial models to quantify the financial implications of various strategies.
In December 2016, Zach represented the National Hockey League in its 176,000 square foot lease at Manhattan West, a 7 million square foot development by Brookfield Properties. Zach was an integral member of that team that won the top honor, the Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award, in REBNY’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Awards for a complex series of transactions which included a new headquarters, an experiential retail and an NHL branded ice rink.
Prior to joining CBRE’s New York Consulting Group, Zach interned at the company’s Midtown Manhattan office for two summers working in the areas of Brokerage Services and Market Research.
