Zane Brown is a Senior Vice President and part of CBRE’s Occupier Services group in CBRE's Indianapolis office. Zane, alongside Nick Svarczkopf, co-lead a five-person team and leverage the CBRE global professional network and platform of services to deliver customized, strategic real estate solutions on a multi-market basis. On behalf of occupier clients, the team manages and executes the full range of real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, build-to-suits, alternative financing structures, etc.) across an entire geographic footprint.
Zane specializes in creating and implementing real estate strategies on behalf of occupier clients, taking a strategic approach to negotiations using a proven process and customized quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Zane is a principal producer and leader providing significant value to CBRE clients globally and locally. Since joining CBRE in 1999, he has executed over 975 transactions valued at more than $2.0 billion.
