Abhishek Bajpai To Join CBRE as Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific

Asia Pacific – April 15, 2026 – CBRE today announced that industry veteran Abhishek Bajpai will join the company as Managing Director and Head of Client Engagement for Asia Pacific on May 1.

Based in Singapore, Bajpai will report to Tom Gaffney, Regional Managing Director and Head of Leasing for Asia Pacific. He will work closely with regional leaders to build a dedicated client engagement platform that drives revenue growth and market share across CBRE’s APAC Leasing business.

Bajpai has a proven track record in building, scaling, and winning enterprise occupier accounts and complex, multi-market relationships across Asia Pacific and globally. He has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is a trusted advisor to global occupiers and institutional investors, with deep expertise in occupier solutions and portfolio optimisation. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 500 projects and secured numerous high-profile, competitive mandates for international clients.

Bajpai rejoins CBRE from EQT Real Estate, where he served as Managing Director and APAC Head of Leasing and Occupier Solutions. Previously, he spent nearly 18 years at Colliers, where he led the firm’s Occupier Services platform across the region, including account management, regional tenant representation, occupier strategy, workplace advisory, and lease administration.
