Protomiq, a digital sales conversion platform for automotive dealerships, signed a lease at North Terraces, relocating its corporate headquarters from Chapel Hill, N.C., to Atlanta's Central Perimeter submarket.

CBRE's Kirk Adams and Katherine Lee represented Protomiq in the lease transaction, guiding the company through site selection and lease negotiations to a space ready for immediate occupancy.

The move follows Protomiq's appointment of a new chief executive officer and marks the company's formal establishment of an Atlanta headquarters for its North America team. Protomiq provides auto dealers digital experiences enriched with data and analytics to help convert shoppers into car buyers. The company selected Central Perimeter in part for direct access to both urban and suburban talent across metro Atlanta and for proximity to the region's automotive industry concentration.

"Protomiq's new headquarters is an investment in the people who are building the next phase of the company and in how we deliver value to customers every day," said Jorge de Castro, chief executive officer of Protomiq. "As we continue to grow, we're delighted to have a space that supports collaboration and reflects our ambition for the next chapter of the business."

"Protomiq needed a space that could be occupied immediately and that was also structured to support robust growth," said Adams. "Central Perimeter checked both boxes."

"Atlanta's deep bench of automotive and tech talent made 400 Perimeter Center Terrace a natural fit," said Lee. "It positions Protomiq among the people and partners to scale its footprint here."

The relocation comes as Protomiq earned a spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies. Protomiq placed No. 3,165 overall, No. 130 among companies in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell metro area, No. 15 among automotive companies nationally and No. 146 in Georgia, marking the company's second appearance on the list.

According to a recent CBRE report, the Central Perimeter submarket led the Atlanta MSA with 169,000 sq. ft. of positive absorption in Q2 2026.
