Behavioral Health Specialist Stuart Thomas Joins CBRE in Denver

CBRE announced that Stuart Thomas has joined its Denver office as an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory Services Healthcare practice.

Thomas focuses exclusively within the healthcare sector, specializing in advising behavioral health companies on their real estate and growth strategies. He has more than 20 years of experience in property leasing and sales, tenant representation, portfolio optimization, national corporate healthcare advisory services, and multi-site strategy and positioning. His clients are local and national mental and behavioral healthcare providers, health systems and owners of healthcare real estate.

Thomas joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group for the Colorado region.
