CBRE Adds Nick Seaton to Kansas City Project Management Team

CBRE announced it has hired Nick Seaton as Director of Project Management in its Kansas City office. In this role, he will lead the office’s Project Management team and work with CBRE’s various lines of business to manage complex construction and renovation projects for retail, office, hospitality and institutional properties.
Seaton brings more than 14 years of commercial construction and insurance experience to his role. Before joining CBRE, he spent seven years at PACT Construction Services, most recently leading a team that focused on project estimation and direction. Previously, he specialized in catastrophic claims services at Farmers Insurance.

Seaton earned his Bachelors degree from the Kansas State University in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
