CBRE Adds to Industrial & Logistics Practice in Denver

CBRE announced that Michael Harpole joined its Denver office as a Senior Associate focusing on industrial tenant representation.

Mr. Harpole joins CBRE from Tributary Real Estate, where he primarily represented Denver-based office tenants and helped out-of-state companies relocate to Colorado.

“Michael has a keen understanding of the Denver market and has already established a track record of working collaboratively with clients to help them find the best real estate to aid their business growth,” said Katie Kruger, senior managing director and Colorado market leader, CBRE.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, Mr. Harpole spent three years working for Deloitte Consulting on technology strategy implementation before moving into commercial real estate. He is a 2019 graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber’s Impact Denver program and a 2020 graduate of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Leadership Program. He also served on the Infrastructure committee for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
