CBRE announced today that construction is underway on a new 177,551‑square‑foot Class A industrial building at 9323 Balboa Ave. in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa submarket. The project is the only industrial building currently under construction in Central San Diego, underscoring sustained tenant demand for modern industrial space in infill locations.

CBRE’s Bill Dolan, Ryan Sparks and Chris Pascale are leasing the property on behalf of the landlord, Rexford Industrial. The freestanding industrial building is being marketed as a single tenant opportunity and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
