CBRE Announces Jeremy Chism as Memphis, TN, and Jackson, MS Market Leader

CBRE has announced the promotion of Jeremy Chism to Managing Director and Market Leader for the Memphis, TN, and Jackson, MS, markets.

In this role, Chism will oversee all day-to-day operations across Memphis and Jackson’s Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, and debt and structured finance. Chism will continue to serve his multifamily clients as a broker while supporting broader platform growth across both markets.

Chism first began his career at CBRE, where he quickly earned a reputation as a trusted advisor across the region. He later managed the commercial mortgage banking operations in Memphis and Nashville for Bellwether Enterprise before rejoining CBRE five years ago. Since returning, he has helped to establish and grow the firm’s Multifamily Investment Properties Group in Memphis.

Chism holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
