CBRE Announces Keith Starling as Louisville Property Management Market Leader

CBRE has announced the promotion of Keith Starling to Property Management Market Leader for Louisville, reporting to Steve Thornton.

In this role, Starling will lead our local team of Property Management professionals overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, including industrial, office, and retail assets across the Louisville market. He will be responsible for the strategic direction, including client satisfaction, portfolio growth, financial performance, and talent development, while also focusing on growing and developing new business across Kentucky.

Starling brings a decade of CBRE experience to this role, having joined the firm in 2016 as a Real Estate Manager. He earned numerous promotions over the years, most recently serving as Associate Director in Louisville. Prior to CBRE, he worked at a private real estate development company, giving him a well-rounded perspective on ownership, operations, and client relationships.
