CBRE Announces Lease Renewal and Expansion at Fountain Square Centre in Tampa

CBRE has arranged a long-term lease renewal and expansion for JW Cole at Fountain Square Centre, a 98,420-square-foot office building located at 4301 Anchor Plaza Parkway in Tampa. The tenant expanded by 10,000 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to 36,000 square feet, or approximately 40% of the building.

Kyle Chaikin and Nicole Grzywacz with CBRE represented the landlord, Continental Fidelity Corporation, in the transaction.

Fountain Square Centre is a four-story Class B office building offering ample parking and a recently added on-site lobby café. The property is part of a five-building office portfolio across the Tampa Bay area, four of which are fully leased. The property is located minutes from Tampa International Airport and Westshore shopping and dining destinations, with convenient access to Interstate 275, the Courtney Campbell Causeway and the Veterans Expressway.
