CBRE Announces Tony Morales Has Joined the Firm as Vice Chair

CBRE announced that Tony Morales has joined the firm’s Advisory & Transaction team in Los Angeles as a Vice Chair, the highest title for producers within the company. Morales specializes in office tenant representation across Southern California, as well as nationally and internationally. His expertise includes advising on occupancy concerns, developing transaction and occupancy strategies and solutions, and managing complex transaction processes.

Morales brings over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate advisor to leading companies in the entertainment, technology, toy manufacturing, legal, and financial services sectors. Most recently, he advised clients through Centurion Property Co, a company he founded. Prior to this, Morales spent over 15 years at JLL, where he served as Senior Managing Director.

Morales received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
